“Chris is a fiercely committed person to what he believes in, the Power of Gratitude. He is a person who brings the good out in others and his positive energy is contagious!”
— Michael Roberts, Former President and COO, McDonald’s Corporation
“Chris has a unique gift in connecting with others to help us be our best selves at work! His thoughtful and authentic focus on gratitude in engaging ways fostered camaraderie amongst the Citi team during our Virtual Gratitude Experience, building true connections and a meaningful shared experience.”
— Morgan McKenney, Chief Operating Officer, Citi
“The food services sector has been roughly impacted through COVID-19. Chris gave us the opportunity to connect with each other and see our peers for how we are feeling. After the Experience, each salesperson had an action to write a gratitude letter to one person daily. Some of our employees gave gratitude to clients who have missed payments. Some gave gratitude to their peers. Now, I see gratitude daily because of the experience.”
- Sales Team, US Foods
“A completely new way with our customers, prospects, and Googlers, but more importantly - a way for them all to connect with one-another!
Chris Schembra is the inventor of this type of human connection construct, and never before has this been deployed in the world of Enterprise Software / Cloud. Happy to break new ground with you my friend! ”
- Tony Safoian, President, CEO at SADA Systems
The thing that I was most interested to see in attending or in our case, actually doing our first Brand New Matter 7:47 Dinner was to see how the formula that clearly worked in a 1-1 setting could work in a group setting, and how that can really differentiate from any other group networking type of event. I was very pleasantly surprised that not only does work, but it works incredibly well. The reaction of everyone who attended that first BNM 747 dinner was overwhelmingly positive, and people walked away with really true lasting personal and personal relationships and professional opportunities. I would say that this is something that everyone should experience. I don't know of anybody who wouldn't benefit from this. Go into it with no preconceived notions that it's going to translate into revenue or sales or deals, but it's going to translate into at minimum, one incremental, new, real personal relationship. In this day and age, I don't know if there's a greater value than that.
- Tom Sparico, Founder of Brand New Matter
“We've done a number of dinners now with Chris. From the very first one that I had the pleasure of attending to ones now that we've done for many of our clients, and every single one has been absolutely transformational. Chris brings not only this level of energy and authenticity, but also is able to help break the walls and foster connections. It's been one of the best things we've ever done for our business and not just for our team and our clients, but it's really helped us grow both personally and professionally and be able to connect better with our clients and for them to learn how to better connect with themselves as well.”
— Michael Mogill, CEO of Crisp Video Group
“A brief conversation with Chris Schembra is like two years of therapy condensed into a matter of moments. He is incisive and kind and can cut through the thickets of illusion that hold you back. Chris will put you on a path you never knew existed…
— Ben Michaelis (Clinical Psychologist, Author of "Your Next Big Thing")
“Speaking to Chris was invigorating and stimulating. I felt his passion for serving people and his questions were provoking, making me think far deeper than usual.
— Gary Player (World Golf Hall of Famer and winner of 18 Major Championships)
"Many of our employees said "This was the best 90 minutes they've ever spent at Dell." I connected with someone that I had not before. It got deep and personal quick. We haven’t been able to connect like that, and people are really going through some things right now. The world is on fire right now and you're here to help them put out those fires."
- Erik Day, President and General Manager, North America Small Business, Dell Technologies
“I was reading through the notes and it looks like the execs are really connecting with each other. I've been around quite a few execs in my career and I think a lot out there can use some time like this to pause and reflect and share their gratitude. It makes them more human! :)”
“In the span of a 90-minute workshop, Chris helped us build stronger connections with team members, find gratitude for people in our lives that we don’t typically thank, and feel more connected than we have in months. Leveraging Zoom’s randomly-assigned breakout rooms, we got the chance to really talk to our coworkers and connect with them on a personal level. It was an emotional and uplifting experience.”
- Jennifer Best, Head of Marketing for All American Entertainment
